The first NYAA meeting of 2020 will be held in 2 weeks on Thurs, 1/30 at 7:30pm in the HS library.
November's elections ended with multiple board positions and one sports director unfilled. With several members planning to move on after terms end in November, this month's meeting will include discussions about how best to spin-down & disband the organization if new volunteers don't atttend to fill these open positions.
If you'd like to have continuity in the district sports feeder programs, volunteer for some roles or offer to shadow a director, learning to do what they do before they leave, so that you don't have to reinvent the wheel when the time comes.
