Welcome to KickStart fitness

Our Goal


We meet you at your level and work with you to make progress from there.


Not a one size fits all program.  We all have different strengths and weaknesses. Our personalized group training provides teamwork, motivation and support to challenge you each day to reach your fitness goals you didn't think possible.  

*Please note that the session on Labor Day (9/2)
will begin at 7:00 am
 
 
Workouts are Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 5:30-6:30 AM
Location: Collegiate School Main Campus, Seal Athletic Center
