Lacrosse Stick Recycling Event

Hey Patriot Families - is your garage filling up with old lacrosse sticks? We’ll buy them from you!

If you have a stick that has been purchased in the last FIVE YEARS, stick head is current, strung and in good working condition, bring it to our Lacrosse Stick Recycling Event on Saturday, May 28 from 10AM-2PM at John Stone Park (4017 Family Place, Colorado Springs, CO 80920). We’ll pay $20 for each stick that has a current stick head, and is in good used condition!

These stick donations will be used during our Learn to Play events, and will help us grow the game.

DATE: Saturday, May 28

TIME: 10AM-2PM

LOCATION: John Stone Park - 4017 Family Place, Colorado Springs, CO 80920

Can’t make it on the 28th to drop off your stick? Email Vicki Kallhoff at , and we’ll reach out to coordinate an alternative time/date.

Learn to Play Lacrosse Summer 2022

Who: Do you have a child interested in learning how to play lacrosse? Patriot Lacrosse is holding (2) Learn to Play events geared toward boys and girls in grades K-8th who want to try lacrosse for the first time.

What: Each Learn to Play clinic is a 2-hour, introductory lacrosse experience for kids with no prior experience. The clinic features US Lacrosse designed curriculum that builds on each athlete’s physical literacy and fundamental lacrosse skills. Instruction will be delivered by coaches from local recreational programs in an effort to help connect you with a local program.

Where/When: Sunday, June 12 from 1-3PM @ John Stone Park and Saturday, July 16th from 9-11AM @West Creek Park.

What Should I Bring: No equipment necessary! Bring a stick if you have one, otherwise Patriot Lacrosse will provide one for the day. However, we highly encourage a stick purchase after this session to allow practice at home. Consider the weather; bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and a positive attitude.

Cost: This is the best part, our Learn to Play clincs are FREE.
