Please note that the Winter Club is a PRIVATE CLUB and you must be a member or an invited participant to proceed with the registration process.

Please complete the 2022-2023 General Registration first - for each member of the family - then register for specific programs as desired.

For General Registration, please note: ONLY one (1) ONLINE Consent to Treat and Waiver of Liabilty form needs to be completed be each family.

Go to "Edit My Account" Tab on the left margin of this webpage to make sure we have all your family details and latest contact information.

If you do not remember your password, please type in your email address and hit Send. Your password will automatically be emailed to you. Please AVOID duplicate registrations and ensure that husbands and wives do not register their children using two different accounts.

2023-2024 General Registration

THIS IS THE FORM BY WHICH YOU PROVIDE EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION, MEDICAL HISTORY, CONSENT TO TREAT and Waiver of Liability.

This registration form must be completed for each member of your family regardless of what program they will be participating in at the Winter Club. Also, it must be completed for any family member even if they are not participating in any programs but plan to skate during any General Skate sessions, etc... This registration is the general record for all members at the Club.
