This registration is for the 8U travel teams for the 2020-2021 season.
The cost for the 8U season is $1200.
The $150 paid for tryouts will be applied to this fee, as will the $300 commitment fee.
As a reminder, as part of registration you are automatically signed up for our auto-pay program which deducts tuition payments from your credit card on a periodic basis pursuant to the Program Fee Schedule. As stated during registration, you may opt-out of the auto-pay program by contacting the Treasurer (treasurer@acfyha.com) and requesting to be removed from this program. If you choose not to participate in this program, you will still need to make the payments via credit card or check by the dates specified in the Program Fee Schedule unless an alternate payment plan has been set up with and approved by the Treasurer. Failure to meet the payment deadlines in the Program Fee Schedule, or the deadlines in your alternate payment plan, may result in your child being unable to participate in practices and games.

If you did not play for Avon Youth Hockey last season, you will need to get a RELEASE from your previous program. Please contact the registrar of that program and have them release you to Avon Hockey.
