Online Registration System

Welcome to the WMBA online registration and payment page. 

A credit card OR Paypal account will be required in order to complete your online registration as well as your child's waist and chest measurements (or an estimate).  "Credit card only" payments will still be made using Paypal, but you do NOT need a Paypal account if you do not have one and do not want one.  Simply read the Paypal page carefully and select the "pay with credit card option" near the images of the various credit cards.

Note that once you have completed and submitted a child's registration form you cannot edit it.  However, you can delete the relatively simple form and start again as many times as you need UNTIL such time as you pay for the registration.  After a registration is paid you will need to contact in order to make changes.  You can view your current registrations and status using the Edit My Account link on the left hand menu.

A receipt will automatically be emailed to you upon completion of the registration - including payment.

Registration is not complete until it is paid in full either online by credit card or in person by cash or cheque - see below.  Incomplete registrations will be deleted April 1st and you will no be eligible for the early registration fee.

Other Payment Options

If you are not able or do not wish to make an online payment you will need to attend one of the two registration days to pay by cheque.  They will be held January 30th and February 13th, 2010 at the North Wentworth Community Centre just south of Highway 6 on Highway 5.  The on-site registration will be available from 10AM - 1PM on each of these days.

If you use the online registration and payment system you will not have to attend the on-site registration.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations prior to the start of the season are subject to a $25.00 administration fee.  Cancellations after May 15th are not elgible for any refund.

Playing Outside Age Division

The registration system and registrar will enforce age limit registrations.  If you wish to have your child considered for an alternate age division, please complete the registration as required and indicate such in the comments field of the registration form.  Please note that the WMBA has a very strong desire to see kids play within their age division for social, safety, fairness and level of play reasons.

Girls Fastball Registration (FMSA)

The FMSA still requires an FMSA form with original signature.  Fastball coaches will obtain signatures on original forms before the first game.
