Hello Rowing Families,

I apologize for the extreme delay in getting this cost to you.  

We were waiting (and still are) to see if the Athletic Department would grant us any financial support for this event.  Unfortunately, the answer so far has been no.  

Included in this cost of $1,000 is all of the flights, hotels, breakfast, and a meal or two for the team from this past June.  I truly apologize for receiving this cost just as we get ready to gear up for another season.  In our repeated requests to the Athletic Department we explained that in the cases of the families that competed in Sarasota, that the Spring season alone cost a family over $4,000.  I have made the due date into September to hopefully alleviate any challenges.  As always please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.  I can tell you that we did use some of the funds within the Canisius Crew account to offset some costs and make the costs as manageable as possible.  Lastly, and most importantly, please join me in thanking Lisa Cross, Beth Feeney, and Coach Flaherty for all of their seen and unseen (number in the hundreds!) efforts on behalf of our boys and our team.
