Players must be residents of Maplewood or South Orange to register.

• Boys in grades K-2 are eligible to register for our 6-week “Little Laxer” spring clinic.

• Boys in grades 3-8 are eligible for league play.

Full equipment is required for participation in all MLC programs. See the EQUIPMENT tab on the MLC home page for details, as well as information about starter packages. Equipment is not included in the registration fee. If purchasing a new helmet, MLC recommends the color red, but any color is acceptable.

Little Laxer Clinic schedule
The Little Laxer Clinic is held on Sundays for 6 weeks in the spring at Underhill Field.

League play schedule

Uniforms for grades K-2
All clinic players will receive a full uniform—included in the registration fee—consisting of a reversible pinnie,
t-shirt and shorts.

Uniforms for grades 3-8
MLC purchases new full uniform sets for all players every other year. The cost is included in the registration fee. The full uniform consists of a reversible pinnie, shooting shirt, shorts and socks. 

New players for the spring 2021 season will receive the full uniform set.

Returning players registered for the spring 2020 season will continue to use the reversible pinnie and shorts issued last season, but will receive a new shooting shirt for the spring 2021 season. Returning players will have the option to purchase a new pinnie ($36) and/or shorts ($32) during registration, if needed.

Uniform sizes will be selected during the registration process; prior to beginning, please reference the 
uniform size chart.

• Registration for the Little Laxer spring clinic is $150.

​• Registration for the spring 2021 season for grades 3-8 is $395. 

MLC offers a family discount of 20% per player after paying full price for one registrant. This offer does not include the clinic.

A US Lacrosse Youth Membership current through 6/30/21 is required for participation in all MLC programs. You will complete enrollment or renewal—and pay the $30 fee directly to US Lacrosse—as part of the MLC online registration process.

All fees must be paid in full to Maplewood Lacrosse Club and US Lacrosse for your registration to be complete. 

Skip online payment if:

• You were registered for the spring 2020 season and rolled over your balance.

Submit online payment if:

• You are a new player

• You were registered for the spring 2020 season and rolled over your balance, but are opting to purchase replacement uniform pieces

• You were registered for the spring 2020 season and chose to have your fees refunded

Under typical circumstances, registration fees are nonrefundable, as registration drives our budget, rosters, schedules and uniform orders. See our Refund Policy for more information.
