Fundraising
BRYC Football/Cheerleading fundraising is an opportunity to raise money to cover costs that BRYC endures in order to have a Football/Cheerleading program. Fundraising is a key factor in our success. All players and parents are asked to support the league's efforts to provide funding for equipment, facilities, officials, and other needs of the program. Our success in fundraising allows us to maintain one of the lowest registration fees in the county.
Participation in fundraising is voluntary, but strongly encouraged. Throughout the season we will have a number of different fundraising opportunities (which will be posted on this site) and families are encouraged to participate, but not expected to participate in all activities. Our hope is that this gives everyone the opportunity to contribute in a way that is most comfortable to them.
Each team has a goal of raising $900. If a team raises $2,500, the team will be rewarded with an item, such as a BRYC jacket or football jersey. For cheer, since squads are smaller than football, and since most cheerleaders are siblings of football players, the above goals are set for all of cheer. If the cheerleaders reach the $2,500 mark, the reward will go to the squad that raises the most money.
Any and all ways you choose to participate in fundraising will be credited towards your team goal, including sponsorships and raffle tickets. Below are just some of the ways you can choose to contribute to fundraising.
Fundraising Opportunities
Annual Raffle - Raffle drawing to take place Saturday, September 25th at Wakefield Park. All families should have their tickets to sell. Tickets are 1 for $5 or 5 for $20. Contact

Ledo Pizza. Come into the Ledo's in Fairfax (11725 Lee Hwy. Fairfax, VA 22030 phone# 703-359-4747) on Wed. Sept 15th anytime from 4pm-10pm. After you place your order place your receipt in a box that will be on the counter and at the end of the night 25% of the total collected in the box will go towards BRYC Football. Since receipts cannot be individually tracked per team, all money raised will be credited to Coach Bergstrom's 110 National Team who arranged this fundraiser. Coyote Grill. Visit Coyote Grill in Fairfax, for lunch, dinner or carry out between Monday, September 20 and Wednesday, September 22 and 10% of your food total will go to BRYC. Receipts will be collected in a designated BRYC box at the restaurant so be sure to drop your receipt off on the box! Please encourage your friends and family to participate! Pampered Chef fundraiser. 25% of all sales will go to your BRYC team fundraising goal. Discount Youth Football Equipment: Through one of our football equipment vendors, All Sports America, Discount Youth Football provides families with the opportunity to purchase addition football equipment at discounted prices of at least 10% off the regular price found in stores. In addition, 10% of the purchase amounts are returned to our football program for fundraising $$.
