Refund Requests must be in writing and will be issued AFTER approval of the sport director. Approved refund requests will be processed within 30 days of approval.
 
REFUND POLICY - Registrations received after the registration deadline will be placed only if space is available even if you were previously on a team! A $60.00 fee will be charged for each child withdrawing from the sports program. Requests must be in writing, sent to SJSA  . No refunds will be issued for those who withdraw on or after the official opening day of the sport involved as indicated below:

 

  • Baseball Spring - Tryout fee is non-refundable. Refunds are pro-rated after that due to winter practices.
  • Baseball Fall - 1st day of practice
  • Minors Baseball - 1st day of practice
  • Softball - 1st day of practice
  • Football - Rostering and/or the first weekly conditioning practice
  • Lacrosse - 1st day of scheduled practice
  • Basketball - 1st day of scheduled practice
  • ​Track - 1st day of scheduled practice
  • Cheer - 1st day of scheduled practice

A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks.
