DB Performanceis happy to launch the fall 2013 schedule. Programs and resources are designed to help promote efficient and effective movement patterns for improved health and performance. Our programs aim to improve strength, speed, agility, and flexibility and reduce the risk of injury. Athletes will be assessed on basic movement patterns and certain physical capacities by our staff, and a program will be designed for the individual.
