Softball Age
Softball Farm AA is designed for players who are 7-9 year old.  All ages mentioned refer to the child's physical age on 12/31 of the calendar year preceding the playing year.

Goal
More traditional rules are used at this level and kid pitching is introduced. 

Equipment:
The players are provided with visors, jerseys and socks.  The league will provide bats, helmets, catcher equipment and 3 infielder masks, for players to use.  Parents will need to provide a pair of black shorts pants and a glove.  Cleats are recommended.

Umpires
These games are generally umpired by first year youth umpires.
 
Volunteers Needed
If you are interested in becoming a Manager, Assistant Coach, or Parent Administrator for your child’s team, please indicate your desire to do so when you register online.  All volunteers are required to fill out a volunteer application which is located on the “volunteer” tab on the SLL website.
