The Wayland Select Team Program was established to offer youth lacrosse players in the 7^th and 8^th grades an incremental opportunity to participate in a high level developmental atmosphere against very competitive teams. By participating in this program your child is acknowledging that lacrosse is his priority sport for the spring.

 

This commitment is in addition to the town MBYLL program (which consists of 2 practices and 1 game per week). The schedule will consist of 1 additional practice and 1 added game per week.

 

This team will be participating in the MYSLL League. Tryouts may be required, depending on the number of players interested in participating.

 

The cost will be $250 which covers, fields, referee, balls, etc. If we were to participate in tournaments an extra fee would charged. The season will begin in March with practices and end in mid-June. Practices will generally be on Friday afternoon with games on Saturday. This will in addition to the MBYLL practices and games. Players are required to attend all their practice obligations during the week to be able to participate in the games.
