Field Hockey Stick There are many different field hockey sticks available for purchase. The best stick is based on personal preference and comfort. The length of the field hockey stick is generally based on the height of the player. Although some players may wish to play with a longer or shorter stick, in general the top of the stick should reach approximately 1" below the player's hip bone.
