OPENING DAY

On behalf of Bridgewater Baseball and Softball, we extend to you a warm invitation to participate in the Opening Day Ceremony at the Prince Rodgers Baseball Complex on Saturday, April 18, 2009 from 9:30am–12:00pm. As we do every year, we will kick off the Spring Season with a parade of Softball and Baseball players onto Prince Rodgers Field #1, followed by a brief opening day ceremony with participation of local officials and special guests.
ARRIVALS: Coaches should arrive by 9:00am, players are asked to be at their specified location in full uniform by 9:30am:

Outfield Field #3: Farm AA and Softball Minors
Outfield Field #4: Major/Senior Softball
Field #4 Batting Cage Baseball Majors
Pit by Fields 2 & 3: Baseball Minors
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
7:15am Check web site for Opening Day conditions
8:00am Boards Members and Volunteers arrive
9:00am Managers and Coaches arrive to prepare for their teams – pick up team signs
9:30am All players and families arrive
10:00am Parade of Players through the Prince Rodgers Complex to Field #1 – Bring your Camera!
11:00am

o Sportswear – don’t forget to check out the sportswear we’ll have on sale - all proceeds support the league!
o Some of our sponsors will have special promotions for our families
o The Home Plate Concession Stand will be open for business!
o Fuddruckers and other specialty vendors
PARKING:
Managers & Coaches arriving early may park in the lot by Fields 4/5 while space is available.
Parking for all families is at Somerset County Vo-Tech, within walking distance of Prince Rodgers Complex. Shuttle buses will also be available.
