The NEW Online Registration for Spring Baseball and Softball will run from December 1, 2008 to January 31, 2009. Please remember to register during this time frame or you will be assessed a $30 late fee and your child may be placed on a waiting list for team placement.
Questions can be sent directly to the Chairman or Commissioner that who is responsible for your age group.
Click on the "Register Online" navigation button on the left side of the screen. If you have already registered and need to change personal information, click on "Edit My Account". You can also CLICK HERE to go to the on-line registration page.
Note: If you satisfied your Work Bond for the Spring 2008 season, you will have received a "Credit Voucher #" above the name on the address label that is mailed to your home at the end of November 2008. Insert this number in the Online child-player registration forms. If you missed it, you can write to
to get your "Credit Voucher #. Without a voucher number, you must pay the $100 work bond. Families with children only in T-Ball or Babe Ruth leagues are exempt from the work bond.
Before you proceed to the Registration page, please make sure you have the following information ready to record in the form. If you don't have this information available, the registration will be rejected:
- Name and phone number of family physician
- Health Insurance Carrier and policy number
- Emergency contact person and mobile number (Other than parent or guardian)
- Electronic copy of your child's Birth Certificate for new players entering the league, specifically T-Ball (Optional at this point but recommended if you have readily available).
- Work Bond Credit Voucher # (If you completed your Work Bond Hours)
NOTE: Please make sure you turn off PoPup Blocker in your browser. It is also recommended that you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer Browser version 4.0 or greater.
Edit Player Information: If you need to edit any information that you already submitted, choose the "Register Online" tab on the left. Make sure you choose the same league that you originally registered your child in. You will then be asked for your email address and password. This will launch a popup window with an "Edit" button next to your child's name. When you click on the "Edit" button, it will provide you with the first information document. Make your changes and choose "Submit" at the bottom. This will then launch the supplemental form. Make your changes and choose "Submit" at the bottom. A summary form will display all your changes. If everything is correct, scroll to the bottom and choose return to the registration page and log out.
Refunds: All Registrations are refundable if notice is received by March 1; 50% refund until April 1st; no refunds after April 1st.
