Covid-19 Pandemic Restrictions for Re-Opening

General Guidelines
  • Two spectators per player will be allowed in the facility. 
  • All customers must wear masks over nose and mouth at all times (including on-ice). This includes inside and outside the facility.
  • Coaches are required to wear masks on the ice and on the bench
  • Customers will have to sign waiver and health questionnaire every day.
  • Rink capacity will be reduced in accordance to state guidelines.
  • Customers and staff are required to follow CDC and CT State COVID-19 health guidelines Customers should arrive no more than 15 minutes before their event, and vacate after. There will be designated entrance and exit doors.
  • All employees will wear masks and gloves.
  • Social distancing is required by customers and staff on property.
  • All employees and customers must remain home if sick.
  • Customers and staff are required to wash hand often.
  • No lingering in common areas.
  • Water fountains will be closed, please bring your own water.
  • No spitting.
  • No food allowed
  • Use of showers prohibited.
Entering the facility
  • Two spectators per player will be allowed in the facility. 
  • Entry into the facility allowed 20 minutes before their game.
  • Players will not be allowed entry until a coach/team manager enters the rink
  • Players should arrive partially dressed. If players cannot tie their own skates, please have them already on with skate guards before entering.
  • Players and certified coaches will follow direction areas to preassigned locker rooms and stay on X marks while in locker rooms.
  • Players must wear masks at all time, including on-ice.
  • Players and coaches will exit locker rooms 15 minutes after game and meet spectators outside facility. Live Barn is available, call for more information
  
Cleaning
  • Increase cleaning intervals to ensure a safe environment.
  • Athletic areas will have limited capacity per state guidelines.
  • Congregating in common areas will not be allowed (lobby and snack bar seating area and outdoors). Disinfect doors, handles, light switches, keyboards, telephones, handrails, point-of-sale systems, faucets, and restroom dispensers 3 to 4 times daily.
  • Disinfect between uses and record it in a time log.
  • Staff has been instructed to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and water frequently throughout the day, especially at the beginning of their shift, prior to meals and after using the restroom.
  • Face masks and gloves will be required for all employees cleaning and coming in contact with the public
