Melt Away the Covid Weight (Drop 10)

This is all about dropping the pounds.  Many feel that the challenges of 2020 have brought on extra weight.  Let’s start 2021 off by putting our health first.  A healthy rate of loss is 1-2 lbs. per week (sustainable).  Over 4 weeks, you could drop a realistic 4-8 lbs.  This would be a great kickoff toward your first 10 lb's of loss.  If you don't have weight to lose focus on being healthy and accountable to your goals.
