Coaches are responsible for ensuring social distancing is maintained between players as much as possible.  This means additional spacing between players while playing catch, changing drills so that players remain spaced out, no congregating of players while waiting to participate.

Teams (parents) need to supply their players with disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer.

Players should have designated spots to place their personal items.

Encourage all players / coaches / spectators to wash hands and sanitize hands frequently

No more than two players should be in the restroom facility at one time, and again should maintain social distancing. Players and staff should wash their hands for a minimum of 20 seconds with warm water and soap before returning directly to their zone. Players should be masked while in the restrooms

Teams, players, and coaches should refrain from handshakes, high fives, fist, elbow or chest bumps, group celebrations, group prayers, or other personal contact between teams before, during or after  competition.

Teams should arrive as close to scheduled game as possible to minimize interaction with other attendees.

Spectators should bring their own seating.  Bleachers and shared spectator spaces may not be available at all fields.  Only the team playing is allowed in the stands.

Spectators may not sit or stand in high traffic areas (5 yards from sideline).

At the conclusion of games, spectators and participants should return to their cars and teams should minimize post-game meetings to allow everyone to leave the area in a timely fashion.

Teams are to clean their sideline of all trash and other items after each game, and to wipe down (disinfect) hard surfaces such as benches, bleachers, etc.

The team to play next must remain in their designated warm up area until the prior team has finished sanitizing and is completely off of the sideline and field.

Please allow team to fully vacate the field before the next team enters.

Fans for upcoming games should remain in their cars or away from the warm up / playing areas during player warm ups.  They will be permitted to come to the field once their team assumes the field.

Concession stand will be closed.  No shared water or food coolers.  Parents are responsible for their players staying hydrated.

In the event of inclement weather, including rain, lightning delays, etc., fans, coaches, and players cannot congregate under tents, overhangs, or other covered structures in the near proximity of other gatherings or heavy foot traffic.  Social and mass gathering guidelines must be maintained at all times.

Teams should utilize warm up space that maintains appropriate distance from other teams and spectators.  Areas beyond the temporary fences should be used.

Pregame meetings will be limited to only necessary people (officials and one coach from each team) and are to be conducted while practicing social distancing.

Parents and teams must supply their players with antibacterial wipes and hand sanitizer for disinfecting shared playing equipment and cleaning hands periodically.

Football will go straight to official after every play.

Use of gum and other items that encourage spitting shall not be permitted.  Use of shared objects and equipment should be limited or cleaned between uses by each individual if possible.

Coaches are encouraged to over communicate to spectators in regards to the social distancing rules and guidelines.  Head coach is responsible for team spectators and coaching staff.
