Dulles Youth Sports Wrestling 2022 - 2023 Refund Policy (updated 9/9/2022)

The Dulles Youth Sports Wrestling refund policy is as follows:

1) Registration is closed November 12, 2022.  Late fee penalties are not eligible for refund. 

2) A late fee of $25 will be added to all registrations after November 1, 2022.  The late fee is non-refundable.

3) November Refund: 75% of registration fee's will be refunded in November if the season is canceled for any reason and/or a parent / guardian elects to withdraw their child from participation for any reason.

4) December Refund: 50% of registration fee's will be refunded in December if the season is canceled for any reason and/or a parent / guardian elects to withdraw their child from participation for any reason.

5) January - March: Unfortunately do to incurred expenses, no refunds will be available after December 31.  Late fee penalties are not eligible for refund.

NOTE: If equipment or uniforms have been issued, no refund will be processed until they are returned.
