Joint MDWL Host Event b/w Dulles-Rangers

- All wrestlers must attend this event

- The event counts as the 4th MDWL event for most Dulles wrestlers

- All parents need to help volunteer 

Saturday evening volunteers setup mats

- Kids will stay home to get a good night of sleep

- Parents need to arrive at Loudoun County High School 9:30 PM to help setup mats

- LCHS has a basketball championship game that does not end until some time b/w 9:30-10:00 PM

Sunday timeline:  

8:30 Doors open to the public

9:00 Teams Arrive (Bantams & Midget w/ a few lighter Juniors)  These juniors will be identified after pairings are done.  You should kind of know who they are.

9:20 Coaches meeting discuss pairings and any other scratches.  

9:40/50 Bout Numbers Printed and ready to go

11:15 Teams check-in with scratches 

11:30/40  Coaches meeting concludes 

12:00pm Wrestling starts.  Wrestling will start as soon as the morning group starts.  Joel may give everyone 10 minutes if we are done before 12:00, but will start wrestling up as soon as possible.  

TRACK WRESTLING INSTRUCTIONS

Parents and Coaches Using TRACKWRESTLING MOBILE

• Internet browser or Google
• Suggest parents create three screens on your iPhone
  • One screen to see your pairings, bouts, or brackets with opponents
  • One screen to see the mat schedule where bouts are in order on each mat
  • One screen to see the mat schedule

• Screen #1: PAIRINGS, BOUTS, OPPONENTS
• Type “TRACK WRESTLING MOBILE”, all three separate words
• Select the “Trackwrestling Mobile” selection rather than the regular “TrackWrestling”
• Click on “TOURNAMENT”
• Click on “SEARCH”
• Type “MDWL” and select “VIRGINIA” in the State drop down box
• Select “Enter”
• Scroll the event down until you find the following:
  • “02/17/19 2019 MDWL Wk 7 (PM Session)
  • Select “Enter” again to create the first of three screens on your iPhone
• Select “Pairings”
  • Select Team “Rangers”
  • Select Division “Juniors or Intermediates”
  • Hit “GO” to see all the opponents, bouts, and pairings

• Screen #2: MAT ASSIGNMENTS (BEST TO CREATE A SEPARATE SCREEN)
• Type “TRACK WRESTLING MOBILE”, all three separate words
• Select the “Trackwrestling Mobile” selection rather than the regular “TrackWrestling”
• Click on “TOURNAMENT”
• Click on “SEARCH”
• Type “MDWL” and select “VIRGINIA” in the State drop down box
• Select “Enter”
• Scroll the event down until you find the following:
  • “02/17/19 2019 MDWL Wk 7 (PM Session)
  • Select “Enter” again to create the first of three screens on your iPhone
• Select “Mat Assignments”
  • Select “Mat Schedule” to see all mats and their names/bout orders

• Screen #3: MAT ASSIGNMENTS FOR JUST YOUR TEAM MEMBERS
  • Follow the instructions seen above except this time
  • Select “Mat Assignments”, then
  • Select “Team Schedule”
