Each year beginning in September, the GMBL Board of Directors reviews its By-Laws and Policies for changes.  Because the Board of Directors cannot be everywhere at all times, we would like your input. When you see an issue with the way GMBL does business, a by-law that needs updated, or a rule amended, please complete the form so that the Board can investigate the issue and change within the structure Cal Ripken and Babe Ruth Baseball.
