Girls Futures Camp Evaluations

The New England District is excited to announce the inaugural Futures Development Camp

The Futures Development Camp will be for the top 12 & 13 yr old players from USA Hockey’s New England District. Players will be evaluated in their home state for an opportunity to be selected to attend this highly competitive development camp.

The Futures Development Camp will be the player’s first introduction to the USA Hockey National Development process, which begins at 14U.  This camp will consist of on and off ice training sessions, skill development, and full games. The training sessions will be led by USA Hockey national office personnel.

The camp will be held March 29-31, 2019 in Burlington, Vermont.  The cost per player will be $150.00. More details will be provided to the players selected to the camp in early February 2019.

Updated Statement on Tryout Attendance (1/2/2019):
While attendance at both sessions is not required, all players are strongly encouraged to attend both tryout sessions for their age group. A player will not be penalized should she miss one of the sessions, but attendance at both tryout sessions is critical for the evaluation committee to obtain a snapshot of a player's ability to perform on the ice.
