The "Regular Season" begins after final rosters are selected for each team in each league. The regular season lasts from late April to Mid-June. A breakdown of the number of practices and games scheduled for each division can be found on the Schedule Commitments page. The structure for most leagues is to spend 2-3 weeks running team practices in April before league games begin. Teams are given scheduled practice times in order to ensure proper skill development throughout the season. Parents should expect about 3 nights per week for ZLL activities: 2 games and 1 practice. Cancellations due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances may force teams to play more frequently during a given week.
