Individual Player Registration: We do not offer adult individual registration for placement on an existing team. All of our indoor leagues are formed by full teams coming in to join the leagues. If you are an individual hoping to link up with an existing team you can post an ad here Classified Ads
Balance: Due by first game (we are unable to accept individual player credit/debit card payments, cash or check only)
Late Fee: $50 applies for team registering after the posted deadline

Registration: Submitted by your teams main contact and must be accompanied by the $250 deposit to secure the spot.
Registration Deadlines: High sell-out risk! Divisions will most likely close prior to the registration deadline. Register early to secure your team's spot! If your team registers for a session and then decides to withdraw, only teams withdrawing prior to the deadline date for the session will receive their deposit refund. Teams withdrawing on or after the deadline fofeit their deposit.

Highest Level – Experienced/competitive Middle of the Pack– Intermediate/competitive Lowest Level – Beginner/little experience
During registration you will be able to select one of the above options. The creation of leagues and the availability of divisions within leagues is dependent on the number of teams registered per session. Groups may be combined to form leagues. It is our goal to put together divisions that provide the best competition for all teams involved, but placement in the division requested may not be accomodated. FSA reserves the right to promote or relegate a team from one division to another, after the completion of each session.
MEN'S OPEN (6v6) - Must be 18 or older
MEN'S OVER 30 (6v6) - 2 players younger than 30 allowed, but must be at least 26 at the start of the session
MEN'S OVER 40 (7v7) - 2 players younger than 40 allowed, but must be at least 36 at the start of the session
COED (7v7) - Must be 18 or older; a minimum of 3 women as field-players required for play, not including Goalkeeper
COVID-19 Update: Due to the uncertainty created by our current circumstances we are currently accepting registration for the Spring Leagues without requiring the deposit payment. Once we know when/if we will be able to hold the Spring Indoor Leagues we will contact those that have registered and coordinate deposit payments at that time. Teams will be accepted in the order of registration.
