Below is a list of questions that have been raised concerning issues people have had with the new system. This list will be updated on a regular basis.
Q: I have filled out the questionnaire portion of the application and the system is telling me my answer needs to be numeric.
A: Phone numbers need to be entered in the following format: 8605551212. Do not use parentheses. Also when entering in multiple phone number, you must use a comma to separate the numbers. Example: 8605551212, 8605551213
Q: I cannot find the registration for managers and coaches, is there a separate registration for managers and coaches?
A: No, there is no separate registration necessary. Simply respond to the Volunteer section by clicking the appropriate response.
Q: Can I pay for registration on-line by check?
A: No. Our current registration allows payment by all major credit and debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) and by e-check. Paper check is not an option for on-line payment. For paper check payments, please contact the league President for payment arrangements.
Q: I am having a problem with registration. Who do I contact?
A: Please contact Michelle Zimnoch at email@example.com. I will get back to you within 24 hours. Please try to provide a detailed explanation of the problem and a screenshot of the system message. If I cannot answer your question, I will forward the question to our web site vendor League Athletics. LA’s SLA is usually within 24 hours.
