Thank you for your interest in Ashwaubenon Lions Football and our Young Scholars program. The purpose of the Young Scholars program is to recognize our athletes that not only work hard on the field but are also dedicated in the classroom. To participate in this program, you must currently be part of the Lions Program either on a 7th or 8th grade team or part of our cheer squad. It is important that the individual applying completes the entire application. Please do not type or recreate this document. The application needs to be handwritten. Individuals receiving this award will be honored at our Lions banquet at the end of the season.

The following are requirements for eligibility for the Young Scholars Award:

• Must be a player on one of the Lions Football teams or a member of the Lions Cheer Squad
• Complete the entire application
• Participate in other community and/or extracurricular activities
• Last school year GPA of 3.67 or higher in core academic classes (math, science, social studies, reading, and communication arts). Directions for calculating your GPA are on the last page of this application.
• Application completed and submitted to the Lions Football Board no later than TBA
