2.    Mail all the required forms and additional items no later than 9/1/09 to:

Note: Players and coaches must submit all of the required forms and additional items to be permitted on the ice for the new season.

3.    A limited number of scholarships are available on an annual basis to help with registration fees. If you wish to apply for a scholarship, please print and complete the following application:

2009 - 2010 "House" Fees are listed below. Travel teams have their own fee structure.  Note:  Uniform costs are not included in fees.  You will be able to order jerseys online and socks are always available at the pro shop.
