Our primary objective is to provide each player with high-quality instruction and training in the off-season with the goal of maximizing each participant’s development during the season. Our program is unique in nature compared to others. We have our own private training facility that allows our players the opportunity to work out several times during the week in the off season.Each team is trained in every aspect of the game, focusing on the proper fundamentals of both individual and team play. We are dedicated to the advancement and development of young athletes from the South Shore and beyond.
Team Mizuno USA is also proud to announce that Ryan Kane has agreed to join Team Mizuno USA as an instructor.Ryan was the Hitting Coach for the CanAm League Brockton Rox. He has a combined 13 years in professional baseball as a player, instructor and coach. Ryan was a an outstanding athlete at Acton-Boxboro High School and Presbyterian (SC) College where as an infielder he earned All South Atlantic First Team Honors in 1994 and 1995. He was a Cape Cod League All-Star in 1994, and was 1 of 72 collegiate players selected to participate in the Team USA Trials in the fall of 1994 and spring of 1995. Ryan was selected in the 6th round by the California Angels in the June ’95 MLB draft and was later traded to the New York Yankees for Jim Leyritz playing in ’97 and ’98 for former Baltimore Oriole manager and New York Yankee bench coach Lee Mazzilli. Ryan also had stints in the Independent leagues, playing for Quebec, New Jersey and St Paul. Most notably playing for New Jersey in 2001 and 2002 where he ranked in the top 10 in batting average, doubles, home runs, RBI’s, slugging % and total bases

After an extremely successful inaugural season,we would like to announce that Team Mizuno USA will be bringing back the Junior RoadRunners, our developmental baseball team for players ages 8-10. The goal of the Junior RoadRunners will be to train young baseball players on the fundamental basics of baseball; hitting, fielding, running and all other aspects of the game. Similar to our Team Mizuno USA AAU baseball program, the Junior RoadRunners will benefit from indoor practice at our private training facility in Plymouth MA from January thru April. In the spring, the players can look forward to playing a 10 game schedule in a wood bat league.

Team Mizuno USA Baseball will be participating in the North Branford, CT Spring Frost tournament once again this year. The dates for the tournament are April 23 to April 25th.
