Our region extends from Williamsburg, VA to the Outer Banks of NC, from Va Beach, VA to Suffolk, VA and all points in between. HRLax has a team for everyone. Co-ed soft-stick for 5 & 6 year olds, Youth Boys and Girls, High School Boys & Girls, and Mens & Womens adult teams. | | |

Have old lax gear cluttering up your garage or house? Take advantage of the HRLax Gear Exchange to list your gear for sale. It is located under the Chapter Tab, then select "Gear Exchange" and follow the directions.
