Closing Ceremonies June 15 at Quassy Park - Buy Tickets Today

posted 05/17/2013 Closing Ceremonies will take place on Saturday June 15 at Quassy Park.
The Closing Ceremonies provide us with an opportunity to get together as a league and honor the achievements of our players.
- Price of a ticket per child and adult is $20
- Ticket includes access to all rides including the Water Park & Beach.
- Ticket also includes food & beverages in the Pavilion along with access to games in the pavilion; bocci, horsehoes and volleyball.
- Ticket includes free parking
- Rides begin at 11am
- Food Service begins at 2pm and ends at 3:30 in the pavilion
- Award Presentation will begin between 3:30 and 3:45 and is expected to last approximately 30 to 45 minutes
Tickets to the Closing Ceremonies can be purchased in the following manner:
- From your Child's coach beginning this weekend, please make your check out to WBS (we prefer that you purchase tickets in this manner as it allows us to provide Quassy with a proper head count)
- At the Main Ticket Booth between 10:30 & 12:30
- At the Pavilion between 1:00 and 3:30
Please note the following:
- No one will be allowed into the pavilion prior to 1:00
- WBS will have full and exclusive use of the pavilion until 8:00
- All players must have a ticket for rides and to eat
- All players and family members are allowed to attend the Award Ceremony without a ticket. Those without a ticket will be allowed access to the pavilion at3:30.
- If you have a season pass to Quassy and don't want to purchase a ticket, you will be allowed access to the pavilion at 3:30. Although, we encourage you to purchase a ticket, as the Closing Ceremony at Quassy serves as a league fundraiser.
