The CT Valley Youth Girls' Lacrosse League (CVGYL) is the managing body of youth lacrosse for towns in Northern CT. We cover 27 towns and three divisions, Bantam Division (3rd & 4th grades), Junior Division (5th & 6th grades) and Senior Division (7th & 8th grades).

CVGYL is managed by a Board of Directors that are all volunteers representing towns in the league from developing programs to well established programs.  The goal of the league is to provide a structure forum for learning this great game of lacrosse, in a safe, competitive and fun environment.

Many, many thanks to all of the volunteer coaches that are the backbone of this league and of each town program and to our HS girls that make up 90% of our referees! If you have questions about CVGYL please email us at
