Our goal is to teach our athletes introductory and fundamental football skills. They'll be provided with the opportunity to play in an organized and supervised environment where the emphasis will be on total participation and maximum safety.

To provide a satisfying, rewarding experience for all participants.
To provide a well-organized and implemented program that is appreciated by the parents and the community.
To have a consistent approach to coaching year after year by teaching the kids the same systems, techniques, and methods as chosen by the Ashwaubenon Lions Football Club Board of Directors.
To provide an activity where all kids have a chance to play and have fun in an effort to keep them in the football program and learning football skills while they develop into young adults who could help at the next level of football for the Ashwaubenon High School achieve success.
The primary goal of the organization is to foster and nurture these qualities in each player and always place secondary importance on winning games.
