Hi 3rd and 4th Graders
Don't forget to sign up for the free clinic this weekend (if the weather allows). First half is geared towards lacrosse skills taught by former division 1 players, second half is geared towards speed drills to make you faster.

Session 1 - Skills and Speed
Date: Sunday, April 18 2021
Join Mark Stapor for a general skills clinic where lacrosse skills will be refined under the guidance of a former Division I players and coaches. The skills clinic will be followed by a speed clinic coached by Matt Remaley from Team Speed. Team Speed's expert trainers and state-of-the-art equipment provide athletes with the lacrosse training tools they need to take their game to the next level.
Session 2 - Shooting, defense and Speed
Date: Sunday, May 2 2021
Join us for a defense and shooting clinic where lacrosse defensive positioning and shooting skills will be refinded. The shooting and defense clinic will be followed by the second session of the speed clinic coached by Matt Remaley from Team Speed.
Cost: Free to currently registered players

Mark Stapor - Former Mount St. Mary’s University (Division I) Attackman and former Assistant Coach of Wagner College (Division I), Current Director of True Colorado.
Matt Remaley - Born and raised in the Highlands Ranch area, Matt joins Sterling’s Team Speed staff as a highly energized, committed, and results-oriented personal trainer/coach. Matt has trained under Sterling’s direction since he was 13 years old. Over these 10+ years with Sterling, Matt has been exposed to and benefited from a wide variety of techniques, tools and knowledge that he incorporates in his trainings today.
