Cardinal Breakfast Club
Before-School Weightlifting Program
The GHS Cardinal "Breakfast Club" is run by the Cardinal coaches for all members of the GHS Football Program.
Mondays 6am
Wednesdays 6am
Saturdays 10am
The workout is the "Bigger, Faster, Stronger" program, which focuses on four main "core" lifts: bench press, squat, snatch and power clean.
Participation is not mandatory, but is a great way to bond with teammates
and get stronger for next season.
