	GLC Boys Tryout Dates

Tryouts for the Glastonbury Lacrosse Club Boys Junior and Senior Teams will be as follows:

Senior Boys 8th Grade: Saturday March 6th 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM
                                            Sunday March 14th 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM

Senior Boys 7th Grade: Saturday March 6th 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM
                                            Sunday March 14th 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM

Junior Boys 6th Grade:  Sunday March 7th 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM
                                            Saturday March 13th 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM

Junior Boys 5th Grade: Sunday March 7th 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM
                                            Saturday March 13th 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM

All tryouts will be on the GHS turf field. Alternative dates will be posted
in case of inclement weather. All players must have full equipment and
must report to the field house 1/2 hour prior to the start of tryouts to sign
in and receive tryout packets and gear.

Please adhere to the GHS turf rules which prohibit any gum, candy, food or
sport drinks (Powerade, Gatorade etc) on the turf surface. Only water is
available inside the fenced area. Please use the mats provided to walk
across the track. Please do not enter the turf area until the previous group
had finished their session.

Further details and updates will be provide as needed during the week prior
to tryouts.

	Glastonbury Lacrosse Club - Information Meeting February 8, 2010

The Glastonbury Lacrosse Club is holding a parental information meeting on Monday, February 8, 2010 at the Glastonbury High School Cafeteria from 7-8 pm.

A parent or guardian for any player registered for the 2010 season should expect to attend.

The meeting will cover the GLC dates and expectations for the upcoming season including breakout sessions discussing the different levels of play, coaching, rules & regulations and appropriate gear.

Glastonbury Lacrosse Club logo wear will be available for order and sale at the meeting for delivery prior to the start of the season.

	Registration for 2010 Season

On-line registration for the 2010 lacrosse season will open on November 1, 2009.

All registration for the 2010 GLC Lacrosse season will be completed through the GLC website on-line registration process. Beginning on November 1, 2009, click on the "Register Online" tab listed in the left-hand column of the GLC website.

Registrants can elect to pay by check. All checks must be brought to the GLC Lacrosse Information Nite on Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at Smith Middle School cafeteria between 6:00PM and 8:30PM.

Have the following items on hand for on-line registration:

U.S. Lacrosse Member # ( for returning players only)
Credit card including 3-digit security code on back of card
Health insurance carrier name and policy #
Note, the information entered for the first adult\guardian will default for all players entered

No registration will be considered valid until credit card payment or check payment is received
