Important dates:
2008-2009 Sports Packets will be available at the school office after May 27th
The sports packets need to be filled out and turned in on time in order to participate in Swimming.
As part of the packet a Sports Physical is required. Free Sports Physicals are available at the Ballard high School teen health Center untill June 24th, for an appointment call 206-784-2142.

Sports packet must be filled out and turned in to the High School office August 18 or 19th from 9:00 - 2:00 PM Sports participation fee will also be due on that day.

1st day of Practice for Swimming and Diving is Monday August 25th at 9:00 AM.
During the week of August 25th we will have two practices a day:
9:00 - 10:30 AM BHS Activity Center (bring workout clothes and shoes)
3:00 - 5:00 PM at Ballard Pool
