The pictures are schedules for Monday, February 22 and Thursday, February 25.  Team order packets will be given to the players next week. The girls need to have their jerseys for picture.  If you are interested in receiving any pictures they must be ordered and paid for on picture day they are not included in our fees.

ATTENTION: All 14-1, 16-1, 16-2, 15-1 (16-3), 18-1 and 18-2 players.


The rooms are set up at the Chula Vista Resort for arrival 03.04.10, for 3 nights. We blocked 67 Fairway Villas at $99 for the 4th, $129 for the 5th and $149 for the 6th, plus taxes.  

Please mention you are with Eden Prairie VB at Chula Vista. If the rooms are not confirmed by 01.10.10, they will be released back to the resort for resale.

When you call to guarantee the room, you will need name, address, phone number, team number and a credit card. The deposit is the first night's lodging, plus tax, and it is billed to the credit card at the time that the individual confirms the reservation. Chula Vista will bill the card and send an e-confirmation. They have a 3 day cancellation policy. Any reservations canceled prior to 3 days of arrival wil receive a full refund of the deposit. If a reservation is canceled less than 3 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. Chula Vista has a 4pm check in and a 10:30 am check out.

Please call 877.250.4797 to guarantee the rooms. They are available for room guarantee Monday-Saturday, 8am-4pm. If they are unable to answer the call, there is an answering service. Please leave a detailed message, as they do return all calls at their earliest available moment.

For information on any of our facilities that we use for Power League or Practice, select the 'Facilities' on the left on the Home Page. Selecting the facility name will display the website.

OK I am here at the site. What do I do now?

FIRST -- CLICK "EDIT MY ACCOUNT" on the tab at the bottom of the left column of tabs. When you click on the EDIT MY ACCOUNT tab, a box appears that says: "SIGN IN".  Enter your email address (that you provided at registration).   YOU DO NOT HAVE A PASSWORD YET.  LEAVE THAT SPACE BLANK and click "SUBMIT" The system will email you a TEMPORARY PASSWORD that you will enter when you return to the EDIT MY ACCOUNT tab and SIGN IN box.   This will give you access to your family's account where you should  CHECK THE DATA FOR ACCURACY and make any changes you need.
