Take Note…..
Our Junior Program begins this year on June 28th and will run a full eight weeks un-
til August 20th!  Our registration will only be available online this year
at www.riversideyc.org If your child is sailing, the JSA Waiver must be completed via the JSA website (www.jsalis.org).  Registration - Online through this site only.
If you  have any questions or problems, please email Sally Saunders at .  She will get back to you promptly.   Sally will also be at the club to assist you on Saturday, February 6th (10.00am - 12.00pm) and Thursday February 25th (6pm - 8.00pm).

MEMBER DEADLINE:  FEBRUARY 26, 2010
The registration fee is $150.00 per family and is non-refundable.  Members registering
late, after February 27th, 2010, will be charged an additional $200.00 for a total
of $350.00 per family. In addition, members who do not sign up by the registration
deadline may not be able to participate once the individual groups have been final-
ized. Programs will be filled with non-members on a space-available basis beginning
April 1st. 
 
Billing
Your club account will be charged for all activities. The non-refundable registration
fee will be billed by April 2010. All other fees are outlined in the fee schedule and
will be billed May 2010. 
 
Rules and Regulations
Rules for the use of Club Facilities including beach and pool, tennis courts, and
grounds may be found  in the Junior Program Handbook which will be given to
participants in June. The Handbook will also be available at the orientation session
on June 27th at 5:00pm and at the Club Front Desk. Please review the rules with
your Juniors. Fairwest, FCSL, USSA, and JSA rules govern competitive events. 
 
Inclement Weather
In the event of rain, all programs except Sailing, may be cancelled. Decisions regard-
ing the use of the pool and the tennis courts will be made by the Pool Director and
the Tennis Pro, respectively. The Sailors will meet in the Junior Clubhouse at the
usual time. If you have questions about whether the programs are being cancelled,
please call the Junior Program phone number, 637-4712, or the Junior Sailing number 637 2708 or consult the RYC website at www.riversideyc.org. 

Problems
Decisions regarding program placement and participation in competitive events
will be made by the staff. It is expected that all participants follow club rules and
procedures and behave appropriately. Any issue arising from your child’s participa-
tion in the RYC Junior Program should preferably be resolved between you, your
child, and the instructor. Otherwise, you should speak to the Program Director or
the Junior Committee member who is responsible for that area of the program. 
 
During the program, special events and activities, day trips and overnights will be available for
specific age and activity groups. Information will be e-mailed and/or posted on the Bulletin Board before the event. Be sure to check on your way into the pool area.

Parents and Juniors are responsible for meeting deadlines.

The Master Calendar of events will be posted at the bulletin board next to the snack bar. Look for regular updates.
