Dear RBGC Travel Basketball Coaches,

As we announced last week, the Redding Boys & Girls Club has partnered with the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) to help support coaches of every sport run by the Club.

For Travel Basketball, we are adding the PCA workshops to the required curriculum that ALL of our Coaches must complete in order to coach in 2010. The primary focus of the PCA workshops is to help us strike the balance between preparing our kids to compete and win, while also teaching them life lessons on the field.

This coming season, we are requiring every coach to attend one PCA Workshop to make these requirements easier on all of us, we will hold at least two sessions.

We strongly encourage you to attend the first PCA Workshop on January 9th.
