During our fall clinic, world champion Kristen Kjellman, challenged our players to improve their stick skills with this fun routine.  Click here to see the video.  

Girls... get your stick out, find a ball, go in the basement (or outside) and give it a try!
(One trick:  Keep makes sure your elbows aren't pinned to your side and that your arms are loose!)
