posted 04/28/2013 Rocky Hill Soccer Club is looking for boys and girls in grades 3 through 8 who want to play soccer and represent Rocky Hill. This league is a more competitive level of play than the Park and Recreation programs run through town. We are hoping to increase the kids’ level of play as we compete against neighboring towns while creating fun and excitement for the sport of soccer.
Teams are organized by the following age divisions: TRYOUT DATE & TIME
U9 (Grade 3 this fall– birthdate on or after 8/1/04 ) June 1 @ 8:00 a.m.
U10 (Grade 4 this fall- birthdate on or after 8/1/03) June 1 @ 9:30 a.m.
U12 (Grade 6 this fall– birthdate on or after 8/1/01) June 1 @ 11:00 a.m.
U11 (Grade 5 this fall- birthdate on or after 8/1/02) May 31 @ 5:30 p.m.
U13 (Grade 7 this fall- birthdate on or after 8/1/00) May 31 @ 7:00 p.m.
U14 (Grade 8 this fall– birthdate on or after 8/1/99) May 31 @ 8:00 p.m.

ALL TRYOUTS WILL BE HELD AT MAXWELL PARK
In order to participate in tryouts, your child must be registered. There are two ways to register:
NEW PLAYERS:
Must Register online at
www.rockyhillsoccer.com (Preferred) or walk up at least 30 minutes prior to the tryout. Players must register with the appropriate Grade level team they will be playing for in the fall. Players must also bring the following to tryouts:
You must bring a copy of the child's birth certificate to tryouts
- Bring a 1 x 2 photo of the player
- A utility bill as proof of residency. Where a player’s surname does not match the parent’s surname on the utility bill, we will need an additional proof of residency showing that the player resides at the address. Best option is to provide a school mailing that typically is addressed to the parent/guardian of the specific student and shows the address.
- Bring a check for the Uniform Fee of $125.00 made out to the RHSC. Players who do not make a RHSC team will have their fee refunded to them.
- Bring signed code of conduct forms for both player and parent. Forms can be found on www.rockyhillsoccer.com
- $110.00 to $125.00 Commitment Fee, will be due by 07/01/2013 for new players. Final amount to be determined by tryout date.
Current RHSC PLAYERS: Pre Registration will occur with your team manager via a template to be provided to them. The commitment Fee will be due to your manager prior to tryouts.
