Welcome to the home of the Minnesota Lax Loons, Inc. We are proud to be your source for pre and post season adult and boys high school summer, fall and winter leagues, clinics and camps. Plus, the MN Select Lax Loons U17 summer travel teams and recruiting services for college bound So., Jr. and Sr. lacrosse players. Lax Loons runs the following programs and services throughout the year.
SPRING
* "Dodge to Shoot Clinic" for youth and HS players...Sun March 29th @ Rosemount Irish Dome.
* "Goaltending Clinic" for youth and HS players...Sun March 29th @ Rosemount Irish Dome.
* "Face-Off Clinic" for youth and HS players...Sun March 29th @ Rosemount Irish Dome.
* Recruit Combine/MN Lax loons Tryout...June 8-9 (Mon-Tues) Open tryout and combine with player results emailed to all college coaches. Event will include instruction, games and tests of agility, shot and running speed. Top players (Fr-Jr) will be invited to play for the MN LaxLoons U17 summer travel team that represents MN in national tournaments and recruiting showcases.
SUMMER
* Boy's H.S. Summer Leagues @ 2 metro locations June-mid August (South - Rosemount, and Northwest - Osseo/Brooklyn Pk.
* Men's "Recreational" Summer League @ Lake Calhoun (NW corner on Lake Calhoun Pkwy) on Sun afternoons 4-6pm, mid May-August.
* GameBreaker Day Lacrosse Camp @ Holy Angels in July
* NEW IN 09 - Summer Showcase League for college and Elite level HS players looking to play at a high level. HS players will also use it as a recruit showcase.
* Individual & group lacrosse lessions
* Only MN website to list all summer leagues, clinics and camps.
Lax Loons MN Select Summer Travel Team...MN's top Fr-Jr players will repreesent MN at Warrior Shootout tournament in Vail June 14-18 (rafting and other side trips included) and two other tournaments to be announced, plus the IAS Fall Recruit Showcase in New Hampshire in Nov.
FALL
* Hot-Dish Classic Fall Tournament @ National Sports Center Blaine, MN on first weekend in Oct.
* Lax Loons MN Select Team travels to the IAS Recruit Showcase in NH and SoCo Showcase GA in Nov.
* Minneapolis Men's Lacrosse Club Fall League for Boys HS & Youth players
WINTER
* Boy's H.S Box 7 on 7 Winter League @ the Ralia Sports Complex on Wednesday nights (eight sessions).
* Boy's 7-8th grade 7 on 7 1/4 field Winter League @ Rosemount Irish Dome on Sat nights, Jan- Feb.
* Boy's H.S. Full-Field Winter League @ Rosemount Irish Dome on Sat nights, Jan- Feb.
* Girl's HS 7 on 7 Winter League @ Rosemount Irish Dome on Sat nights Jan-Feb
